Payment & Booking Policy
At Executive Chauffeur Driving Inc., we strive to provide luxury transportation with reliability and professionalism. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our payment and booking terms:
Deposit Requirments
​A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for:

VIP Transportation Services

Hourly Bookings

Day Packages

Airport Transfers

Any package exceeding $75
​
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before your scheduled service date.​
Rescheduling & Credits
In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside your control, we may allow your deposit to be credited toward a future booking, subject to availability and management approval.
Change Requests
To request changes to your booking:

Provide at least 72 hours notice

Insufficient notice may result in deposit forfeiture
